Lord, Creator of this glorious ocean,
I pray you may keep me safe
While I begin my journey into the sea
May the ocean be as pleasant as the sun that is rising
And the fish as eager as I am
I thank you for this beautiful day
And for allowing me to enjoy your magnificence
I am at peace when I’m in the sea
And no where else do I feel so much tranquility
Most of my worries diminish
The only thing I don’t look forward to is my departure
